Due to long periods of inactivity on a device, a password reset while away from an MCPS site, letting a password expire, or simply forgetting the password, MCPS staff are sometimes locked out of their MCPS devices or accounts. Once an ODT is evaluated, MCPS will put into one of three categories: Approved, Use Responsibly, or Prohibited (noted below).
